We welcome your family pets. Come take advantage of our grassy dog park.
We provide security and community with our coded gates just for you. Our park has the kind of amenities that can't be found in most parks. Enjoy them with us.

Clubhouse Living
Our clubhouse is the hub of our community.
We invite our guests and our community members to enjoy all that our clubhouse has to offer.
You may join us for your morning coffee, relax in front of the big screen TV, or log in to our free WIFI. There is something for everyone. Our community members share in the festivities together while we use our clubhouse to celebrate the holidays: whether it be eating together on Thanksgiving or celebrating our independence on The Fourth of July. Come play with us on bingo night, or join in our other many activities. If you need a little snack, grab one from the snack machine or quench your thirst with a refreshing beverage from our vending machines. You can also sign up to use our kitchen for your family events (birthdays, anniversary, family gathering, etc.).
Or go outside of the clubhouse and sit among the lovely flowers or relax next to our flowing fountains.

We offer shower and bathroom facilities to our guests and long term tenants. You will have access to those facilities whether you are residing in the front or in the pack of our park.
We enjoy our swimming season
during the months of May-October.
Our residents, as well as our overnight and weekly visitors,
love to cool down during our hot Sacramento days and evenings.
As a community we share the pool for our 4th of July celebration, along with birthday gatherings, and much more.

Monthly Rate $750
+$250 Deposit
Nightly Rate $55
(Will take cash for nightly stays only)
Weekly Rate $325
Application fee $15 Per Application Per Adult
(Application is Required for Monthly Rental Agreements)
